Achieving the Difference LLP ®

We've been helping clients to protect their brand names for years and now, at last, we've protected our own.

This has followed prolonged discussion with the Intellectual Property Office (formerly the Patents Office) in Newport, South Wales. The challenge has always been the generic nature of our name: in legal terms the phrase Achieving the Difference, on its own, has been deemed not specific enough to claim as a proprietary mark.

However, we have now successfully completed the registered trademark process based on our corporate name, including our Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) status, in the official class for business services.

This means we can use the  ®  symbol after our name, which will help to deter copycats and reassure customers that they're dealing with the right people.
