Workshop leader Peter Roberts has over 20 years experience of successfully challenging incumbent UK market leaders in fast changing and competitive markets, including 8 years at Orange whose journey took them from fourth entrant to number one.Today he works with a wide range of B2B organisations, building and defending market position, improving market focus and delivering better performance and value.
Clive Lewis holds a Distinction grade MA in Marketing from a top two rated university, is a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing. He specialises in marketing strategy and works with clients to ensure marketing decisions are robust, sustainable and a 'fit' with corporate strategy.
Peter Livingstone is a Partner at law firm Clarke Willmott and specialises in both the contentious and the non-contentious aspects of intellectual property law. He has considerable experience of brand protection and the ownership and infringement of intellectual property rights in the digital age.

Payment terms
Delegates are required to pay the full workshop fee of £195 + VAT in advance. Payment may be by cheque to Achieving the Difference LLP or e-transfer. A pro-forma invoice will be issued with your confirmation of booking and a VAT receipt upon clearance of payment. Cancellations must be notified to us at least 2 weeks prior to the workshop date and are eligible for a full refund. We regret we are unable to refund cancellations after this time. We reserve the right to limit places on each workshop to 2 per company, subject to availability.
