As well as working with Achieving the Difference on their customer and brand audit programmes providing regulated, rigorous and progressive online and offline research design and delivery, Pauline runs her own successful market research company www.fabresearch.com
She has delivered insight and analysis to major consumer and B2B brands, including Unilever, Lloyds TSB, Procter & Gamble, BAT, as well as local and central government.
Pauline holds a number of active professional memberships and delivers lectures, courses, seminars and papers. She is a contributory author of "The Psychology of Olfaction" and is visiting Professor in Sensory Science at Cornel University .
She is a full member of the Association of Qualitative Researchers (AQR), Local Authority Researchers (LARIA), ECRO (the European Chemoreception Research Organisation), a committee member of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists (SCS) and the Society of Chemical Industry (SCI).
