Peter brings corporate weight operational experience in brand building, and channel marketing, retail management, corporate sales and business development, sales and marketing process, marketing communications and training. He has worked with some of the leading and best known brands in the country and was a founding director of Achieving the Difference.
As a qualified marketing professional with over 30 years experience, Peter has built successful sales and marketing capability for companies such as KPMG, Orange, Compaq and Canon, delivering increased share and market leadership in truly dynamic and competitive markets. He is a Certified NLP Practitioner, a Member of the Institute of Directors and a qualified DipM. He graduated from Bristol University with an honours degree in Economics. Peter has also recently qualified as a Business Excellence Assessor for the European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM 2010).
As well as developing brands and communication plans for Achieving the Difference clients, Peter also runs his own business Flex, working closely with associate brands to help expand their portfolios and win new business. He is a member of the government-approved QS Marketing consortium for central and local government, health, education and third sector projects; is the Strategy and Planning Manager for Words Publishing in Bristol; and the brand expert for employee engagement specialists Milestone.
Peter is also a competitive volleyballer and author - he recently completed his first novel.
