Marika managed SC21, the largest UK aerospace and defence supply chain improvement programme, with over 700 companies and £20m of Government investments. In 2019 she was awarded the UK MoD Quality Award.
In a career in the aerospace, defence, IT and training industries, her main roles have included supply chain, quality, standards, programme management, data management/analysis and continuous improvement.
Having studied in Italy and the USA, Marika has earned a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering and Postgraduate Specialisation degrees in “Systems Engineering Approach For Advanced Materials Application In Aeronautics” and “Entrepreneurial Analysis of Engineering Design”.
